  7.  The Purpose of the VCEWIN.LIB is so that  "C"  programmers can use windowing
  8.  functions like the UNIX  Curses library.  These functions give you the power
  9.  to create and exploit pop-up  and exploding windows,  scrolling windows, box
  10.  features, shadows for boxes  and  colors.  These  are not graphic functions, 
  11.  and work on all monitors that support colors or grey scales. These functions
  12.  are especially handy for Client <-> Server Novell applications.

  14.  The VCEWIN.LIB supports Microsoft "C" and Turbo "C". 
  15.

  17.  The VCEWIN.NLM gives the same kind of functions for use in creating a Novell
  18.  NLM,  except  that  in  this  version  we  couldn't figure out how to do the 
  19.  exploding windows, the window shadows, or colors.

  21.  The VCEWIN.NLM supports the Novell NLM SDK kit.

  23.  The  WINLIB.EXE  file  will show you  basic examples of windows, colors, and 
  24.  scrolling.  The  EXPLODE.EXE  file will also show you  the  exploding window
  25.  features and window shadows.  The MOUSE.EXE  demo will show the power of the
  26.  mouse functions in VCEWIN.LIB. The WINDEMO.NLM is a Novell Netware 386 V3.11
  27.  compatible .NLM.  In  order  to  run  this  demonstration, you MUST load the 
  28.  VCEWIN.NLM first!!!  Then you can load the  WINDEMO.NLM.  It is an automatic 
  29.  program, and unloads when it is done.
